Halfdays is opening a retail location in Denver and we are looking for motivated, personable individuals with great communication skills to join our team. The role of a retail associate at Halfdays is to build connections with the customers while communicating Halfdays' brand values through a community-driven approach, expert product knowledge, and a positive outlook!
This role has openings for full or part-time positions.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for establishing customer relationships and driving sales.
- Contributing to a positive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.
- Welcoming clients into our space, educating them on our products.
- Keeping the store organized, clean, and shoppable.
- Providing our guests with a seamless experience from door to checkout.
Operational Tasks:
- Ensure the sales floor is stocked every evening
- Collaborate with management in areas of inventory management
- Ensure the retail store is cleaned on a regular basis
- Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes
- Strong organizational skills and follow through skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
- Eager to develop new skills and responsive to feedback
Salary Range: $19-$21/hr
Location: Denver, CO
