Halfdays is hiring an Operations Associate to support our operations across various functions, including wholesale, business operations, and other ad-hoc needs. The Operations Associate, reporting directly to our Senior Operations Manager, will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to take on new challenges as they arise.

Responsibilities:

General and Business Operations Support:

  • Assist in managing our 3PL (Fulfillment Center) and ensuring our two teams are closely aligned on fulfillment performance, inventory management and strategic plans.
  • Manage company compliance filings and notifications from various entities.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Senior Manager and VP of Operations 

Wholesale Support:

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of wholesale orders and shipments.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and sales data.
  • Communicate with wholesale partners to provide updates on orders, inventory, and other inquiries.

Retail Store and Events:

  • Assist in planning and executing retail events, including setup, logistics, and staffing.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to promote retail events and drive attendance.
  • Manage inventory and sales transactions during retail events.

Data Entry and Reporting:

  • Perform data entry tasks for the broader team to maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other key metrics.
  • Prepare reports and summaries for internal use and decision-making.
  • Support data analysis efforts to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other office software.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000

Location: Denver, CO
