Halfdays is opening a retail store in Denver and we are looking to hire a full-time, Retail Store Manager. This role will be expected to work in person at our retail location. In this position, you will own the day-to-day operations of the retail store and lead a team of staff while communicating Halfdays' brand values through a community-driven approach, expert product knowledge, and a positive outlook! 

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage all aspects of retail operations for this store - including inventory management, scheduling, staffing, cleanliness, preparations, and more.
• Learn and develop a true understanding of the Halfdays brand and customer base.
• Help coach and empower the retail staff.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure the seamless flow of retail operations.
• Work with your team to report on results and find new efficiencies.
• Responsible for establishing customer relationships and driving sales.
• Contributing to a positive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.
• Welcoming clients into our space, and educating them on our products.
• Keeping the store organized, clean, and shoppable.
• Providing our guests with a seamless experience from door to checkout.

Operational Tasks:

• Ensure the sales floor is stocked
• Track and order inventory and supplies
• Create and maintain Retail Associate schedules ensuring proper staff coverage
• Ensure the retail store is cleaned on a regular basis
• Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of previous retail management or supervisor experience
• Familiarity with Shopify preferred
• Proven comfort in a fast-paced environment is necessary
• Must be available to work weekends and some holidays
• Must adhere to scheduled shifts with punctuality
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues
• Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns
• Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes
• Strong organizational skills and follow through skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Eager to develop new skills and responsive to feedback

Salary Range: $55,000-$60,000
