We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic E-commerce Manager to join our team at Halfdays. The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing Halfdays’ e-commerce strategy. This role involves overseeing the ecommerce website, driving revenue growth, enhancing user experience, and implementing our brand identity across the web. The E-commerce Manager will collaborate closely with the marketing team and report directly to the Digital Director.
This role is based out of our headquarters in Denver, CO; relocation support will be provided to a remote hire.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the company’s website, including product updates, product uploads, content creation, and troubleshooting.
- Oversee website creative, product/collections, landing pages, and navigation.
- Conduct frequent audits of the live site to ensure all product content is updated and accurate.
- Assist with custom website integrations, landing page CRO, on-site customer acquisition efforts, and UX customer journey enhancements.
- Manage our website development team to ensure projects are meeting deadlines.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic decision-making to optimize site profitability, sales, and future growth.
- Develop a data-driven merchandising strategy.
- Support areas of acquisition, customer loyalty, and retention.
- Oversee UI/UX development across the web.
- Lead front-end A/B testing site strategy, personalization, and recommendations.
- Analyze customer data and website analytics to identify trends and opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Lead the execution of the site enhancement roadmap to enhance user experience, remove friction, and optimize the customer journey.
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to ensure we’re delivering our customers an optimized online experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that our marketing strategy is fully integrated across the website.
- Manage cross-departmental campaign launches in the e-commerce realm.
- Maintain a focus on ADA compliance and other cookie policies.
- Create and maintain weekly reports and dashboards related to performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to keep our website innovative and competitive.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 4-5+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce.
- Shopify Plus and Google Analytics expert.
- Strong analytical skills, including evaluation of site performance, user experience, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and make educated decisions to enhance performance.
- Very detail oriented with the ability to multitask and achieve deadlines in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner.

- Background in merchandising or UX/UI
- Coding experience
- You have experience with Figma and Asana
- Worked in both the fashion AND outdoor industries.
- Have experience and knowledge of skiing or hiking.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 DOE
Location: Denver, CO
